Clio Dosi

Clio Dosi is a researcher at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna, where she coordinates Oper.lab (the Observatory for Open Innovation). A management engineer, she holds a PhD in General Management from the University of Bologna and has been a visiting scholar at prestigious European schools (Cass Business School, HPI Hasso Plattner Institute, Esade business school). Clio is a CERN Ideasquare fellow, among the founders of Ideasquare and in the Attract network. She studies the organisational dynamics that enable companies and research centres to develop innovation. She designs educational programmes to support the growth of students and professionals as innovation agents. She teaches courses in some Business schools and in master's degree programmes in engineering, and is a member of the Design Society, of PDMA Product Development Management Association and of the Italian Association of Management Engineering.
