FieldRobotics develops innovative systems for next-generation agriculture. The technology that it offers is a medium-sized robotic platform, with autonomous or remote guidance and electric drive that enables different types of field work: spraying, mulching, data collection, harvesting support and load transport. The platform is equipped with two implements, a shredder/mower and a sprayer, which are easily interchangeable with the help of a pantograph lift incorporated in the rover. Rather than expanding on the concept of tractor of a vehicle pulling an implement, the platform focuses on a ‘motorised implement’ concept, i.e. a vehicle in which the implements are fully integrated with the locomotion system.
