Indig is a communications company specializing in offering strategic training and advice to improve the inclusiveness and accessibility of organizations. They act as intermediaries between activism and the corporate world, bringing complex issues within companies, thus promoting corporate social responsibility. Through their expertise in diversity and inclusion (DI) and communication, they help companies navigate the challenges of inclusive communication, both public and internal, avoiding missed opportunities and reputation crises. Many companies, due to inadequate communication to the needs of modern society – pluralistic, multicultural and with high expectations – lose customers and opportunities. They often overlook the importance of accessibility in communication and fail to retain customers due to customer service not being well prepared to deal with diversity. Indig is also a partner in the Proud Travelers project, which focuses on inclusion and accessibility in tourism.
