Lucia Monti

Graduated in Service Design from the University of Bologna, I define myself as a dynamic and sensitive designer. I am passionate about themes related to the environment, psychophysical wellbeing, and introspection; I have worked in the world of entertainment and art, and I constantly seek inspiration from all these fields to design new tools and processes. At Almacube, I started as a designer and currently I am an Innovation Coach and Facilitator: I work with students, young professionals and international corporate teams guiding them in human-centred design processes and helping them with group dynamics.
